Team Coaching is a powerful way to enable team performance. In our fast changing world, team processes need to be adaptive and constantly honed. A coaching approach to team development improves both team performance and processes simultaneously. 

If you are ready to move beyond the world of individual coaching and explore the complex world of team dynamics then Team Coaching is for you. 

At IECL we have been training team coaches since 2013. Our program will build on your strong foundation of individual coaching skills and help you develop so that you can work with complex team systems. As well as being ICF approved our program has full subject credit status at Charles Sturt University (note: you need to complete additional assignments for CSU credit, and a small marking fee applies).

The Team Coaching training is open to people with coach specific training and coaching experience. Ideally you will have IECL Level 1 and 2 training or the equivalent. The program is suitable for:
* External consultants and coaches
* Internal coaches
* Team leaders
