This program complements and adds to the theory explored in Coachings Essentials Level 1, 2 and Organisational Coaching Accreditation, Level 3. It is also a subject in IECL’s Graduate Diploma of Organisational Coaching and Leadership qualification in partnership with Charles Sturt University (CSU).

The Principles of Organisational Coaching (POC) program enables trained coaches to deepen their practice by exploring the theoretical underpinnings of coaching and coaching practice.  Application of learning is used to develop a robust and highly customisedl professional development plan.  

For experienced coaches (ideally ACC or above) you will benefit from the combination of academic study, peer mentoring and support and practical application.

From August 2023 you will be provided with this digital badge which can be validated, recognised and shared on social media platforms.
