Over 23 years ago, when IECL first started, coaching as a professional practice was in its infancy. Many coaches had little or no training. IECL’s founders recognised the need for quality coach education in the organisational landscape, and began to offer executive coach training.
Since then, IECL has proudly led the charge in professionalising the organisational coaching industry. At IECL we find that we are “training the industry” and helping to both define and showcase what organisational coaching really is.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited IECL’s coach training in 2006 and we have recently been accredited as a provider of ICF’s new Level 1 and Level 2 Accredited Coaching Education. Through these more rigorous programs, we are delighted to see ICF continue to up the ante for coach education, and other associations are also making waves.
In this Open Day session, we will explore how to become a confident and competent organisational coach, as well as what's changing in the coach education area, and how IECL is responding.
Places are limited for each session so online registration is essential. If you are unable to make either of our open days but would like to learn more, register for our next Introductory Event or Get In Touch.
