Virtual Open Day - FREE Event

IECL’s September 2022 Open Day will explore the changing world of work, looking at how taking a coaching approach, through increasing coaching capability, can help organisations to thrive through flux.

Organisational Coaching in the Changing World of Work

As the world around each of us continues to flux, workplaces are evolving and adapting, both formally and informally. The pace of change has never been so fast, nor is it ever likely to be this slow again. Many organisational development teams have never been busier, nor more important to the future success of their organisation and the people that support it. As we find ourselves somewhere between a pandemic and a recession, employees are finding new ways to work and looking for new skills that can sustain them and their families, and be sustainable for the organisation.

The repeat on Day 2 (September 2nd) is designed to allow you to attend from anywhere in the world, plus pick and choose the sessions from either day if you can’t make them all on your first-choice timeslot.
